Fee contracts between lawyers and clients should be understandable.
Oftentimes, legal contracts are not.
Written contracts provided by Bill Myers, P.C. will be understandable.
If for any reason, you do not understand a term or terms within the retention
agreement, you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you need to
understand the contract’s provisions. If you still do not understand its provisions, then it is probably appropriate that you either find other counsel, or not have representation from this office.
It is the intent that 25% of paid fees be redirected into non-religious community improvement efforts. These efforts are non-advocacy, tax exempt IRC 501(c)(3) groups.
Bill Myers, P.C. will direct these efforts to initial tax exempt organizations such entities as:
Preservation and Rehabilitation of Rainforest Wildlife
Youth Outdoor Recreational Opportunities
Alternative Transportation Improvements
Parks and Open Space Preservation
Sustainability Efforts
Improving Local Air and Water Quality
Expansion and Improvement of Affordable Housing in Colorado
Community Improvement Projects
