Bill Myers is an attorney licensed to practice law in Colorado as well as authorized to practice in the U.S. District Court of Colorado, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Myers handles many types of matters, including representation of citizens’ groups fighting inappropriate development, wills, contracts, personal injury, bankruptcies, civil and criminal cases.
Areas of practice further include representation of nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including formation, incorporation, obtaining 501(c)(3) status if appropriate, state and local election initiative and referenda matters, non-felony criminal and traffic cases, general civil practice and litigation, mediation, arbitration, contract review, and competent advice on legal issues facing individuals and families.
